摘要
本文介绍了一种独特的新型低表面场（NLSF）腔的高次模（HOM）和基模功率（FP）耦合器的设计。我们在此展示了一项使用ILC基线耦合器的研究。采用了Balleyguier方法计算外部品质因数，并使用Microwave Studio和HFSS对结果进行了验证。
