基于发射层中取代咔唑化合物的高效多层有机纯蓝光发光二极管

摘要

描述了基于1,4,5,8,N-五甲基咔唑(PMC)和N-乙基咔唑二聚体(N,N'-二乙基-3,3'-联咔唑)(DEC)作为发射层或作为4,4'-双(2,2'-二苯基乙烯基)-1,1'-联苯(DPVBi)基质中的掺杂剂的亮蓝色有机发光二极管(OLED)。使用PMC作为发射体和2,9-二甲基-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉(BCP)作为空穴阻挡材料的五层发射器件,获得了纯蓝光,C.I.E.坐标x = 0.153,y = 0.100,电致发光效率\eta_{EL}为0.4 cd/A,外量子效率\eta_{ext.}为0.6%,亮度L为236 cd/m2(在60 mA/cm2下)。使用四层结构和DPVBi DEC掺杂活性层(CIE坐标x = 0.158,y = 0.169,\lambda_{peak} = 456 nm),获得了最高效率\eta_{EL.}为4.7 cd/A,\eta_{ext} = 3.3%。\eta_{ext.}值是该波长下蓝光OLED报道的最高值之一,与高达20%的内量子效率相关。
