钒基kagome金属TbV6Sn6中的强各向异性磁性

摘要
RV6Sn6(R=稀土)化合物是探索R位磁性与非磁性钒基kagome网络相关的非平凡能带拓扑之间相互作用的理想材料平台。本文通过单晶X射线衍射、磁化、输运和比热测量,报道了kagome金属TbV6Sn6的合成与表征。磁化测量揭示了在4.3(2) K以下由Tb3+磁矩沿面间方向排列所产生的强单轴磁各向异性。TbV6Sn6表现出具有高载流子迁移率的多能带输运行为,我们的测量表明TbV6Sn6是通过Tb位磁序与V位kagome网络能带拓扑相互作用驱动Chern能隙的有前景的候选材料。
