摘要
使用光学厚平板可为利用光子晶体实现电流注入型激光器提供多样的解决方案。在此，我们展示了横向高阶缺陷模可被设计为由这种厚平板中的光子带隙所限制。通过模拟，我们表明经过精细调谐的二阶六极模可实现高达 的品质因数 (Q 值)。实验上，我们实现了来自二阶六极模的光泵浦脉冲激光发射，波长为 1347 nm，峰值阈值泵浦功率为 88 uW。
