冷矮星的近红外高分辨率光谱研究

摘要
我们展示了利用基特峰国家天文台4米Mayall望远镜上的PHOENIX光谱仪对冷矮星He I谱线(10830埃)进行的近红外巡测结果。该区域的光谱合成重现了部分而非全部的原子与分子特征。除最冷的M型矮星外,氦谱线的等值宽度似乎与软X射线恒星表面通量直接相关,而在最冷的M型矮星中氦线出乎意料地弱。
