摘要
时间分辨角分辨光电子能谱(trARPES)允许直接映射电子能带结构及其在飞秒时间尺度上的动态响应。在这里,我们展示了一个新的ARPES系统,由真空紫外(VUV)范围内新型光纤飞秒光源驱动,可访问大多数材料的完整第一布里渊区。我们展示了Au(111)、多晶Au、Bi2Se3和TaTe2上的trARPES数据,证明了在1 MHz高重复频率下,能量分辨率为21 meV,时间分辨率<360 fs。该系统与极紫外(EUV)高次谐波产生(HHG)束线集成,实现了时间-带宽分辨率的出色可调性。
