基于线性接触式图像传感器的粒子加速器高分辨率高精度束流剖面监测器

摘要
利用附接在塑料闪烁体上的线性接触式图像传感器构建了一台紧凑型束流剖面监测器，并使用 230 MeV 质子束进行了测试。结果表明，可实时获取束流分布，且束流位置精度高达 0.03 mm。该装置的紧凑性与高精度使其在作为束流剖面监测器以及强子治疗中的离线、日常质量保证监测器方面具有相当大的潜力。
