摘要
我们构建了一个单通道高精度电离室，用于监测能量高于 5 keV 的 X 射线的相对强度。它可用于诸如 EXAFS 等实验，这些实验需要在实际实验过程中同时高精度监测相对强度。本文给出了该电离室的构造及其在使用 X 射线管进行测试测量时的性能。
