非中心对称 CeCoGe3 和 LaCoGe3 中的高场 de Haas-van Alphen 效应

摘要
我们报道了在高达 28 特斯拉的磁场中对非中心对称体系 CeCoGe3 和 LaCoGe3 进行的 de Haas-van Alphen 效应测量。在这两种化合物中，于高场下观测到两个新的高频频率。这些频率在之前的低场测量中未被探测到。这些频率并非源于磁击穿，因此很可能是化合物的内禀特征。在 CeCoGe3 中，相应的有效质量显著增强，约为 30 个裸电子质量。
