摘要
我们展示了在 4*10^19 W/cm^2 强度下,飞秒激光脉冲辐照聚乙烯纳米线阵列靶产生高效率水窗软X射线发射。实验结果表明,与平面靶相比,纳米线阵列靶的水窗X射线发射增强了一个数量级以上。测得从激光到水窗X射线的最高能量转换效率为 0.5%/sr,来自具有最长纳米线的靶。在粒子在胞模拟和原子动力学代码的支持下,讨论了导致高转换效率的物理机制。
