摘要
我们报道了一种基于广泛使用的量子设计(Quantum Design)物理性能测量系统(Physical Property Measurement System)的超导体输运临界电流测量选件的设计与运行。该系统能够提供高达30 A的输运电流,同时将样品温度维持在2.0 ± 0.1 K,并在较高样品温度下提供高达200 A的电流。
