Sb掺杂MnBi$_2$Te$_4$中的羟狗状自旋纹理

摘要
我们利用自旋-角分辨光子能谱和圆极性ARPES系统性调查了Sb掺杂MnBiTe的自旋纹理。我们的结果显示该系统中呈现出羟狗状自旋纹理，这一现象以 Dirac 间隙中垂直自旋方向反转为标志。我们的发现揭示了时反演对称性的破缺，暗示了实现高温量子异常霍尔效应的可能性。
