摘要
在实验中,区分自旋力矩与 Oersted 场驱动的磁化动力学仍是一个未决问题。在此,我们通过解析计算和数值模拟研究了小尺寸薄膜元件中电流和场驱动磁涡旋的陀螺运动。研究发现,对于小幅谐波激发,涡旋核围绕其平衡位置进行椭圆旋转。旋转的全局相位以及半轴之比由 Oersted 场和自旋力矩的频率与振幅决定。
