摘要
超相对论重离子碰撞中的硬QCD过程变得日益重要，它们可用作对剧烈散射中形成的致密物质的探针。我们将讨论如何利用这些硬探针来研究致密物质的性质及相关现象学。特别是，我们研究由介质诱导能量损失引起的喷注淬火对inclusive粒子分布的影响，并探讨如何在直接光子事件中改进对部分子能量损失的测量。
