柔性衬底中铁磁多层膜的磁各向异性与动态磁响应调控

摘要
我们研究了在外加应力下铁磁柔性NiFe/Ta和FeCuNbSiB/Ta多层膜的动态磁响应。我们探索了调控柔性磁致伸缩纳米结构的磁各向异性和动态磁响应的可能性。我们通过计算比值量化了多层膜在外加应力下的灵敏度，并表明通过调节磁场、频率、磁致伸缩常数和外加应力可达到可观的值。结果揭示了在外加应力下柔性磁致伸缩多层膜的应用可能性，并将其定位为开发灵敏智能触摸传感器的极具吸引力的元件传感器候选。
