基于第一性原理的NaCoO₂半金属表面态与拓扑超导电性

摘要
基于第一性原理计算,我们预测层状块体绝缘体NaCoO2中存在半金属表面态,且表面空穴浓度可调。该半金属表面具有单个费米面,并带有螺旋自旋织构,类似于拓扑绝缘体的表面态,但关键区别在于本情况中时间反演对称性破缺。我们提出,当半金属表面态与常规超导体近邻接触时,可实现拓扑超导电性和马约拉纳费米子。
