摘要
理解在轻子-核深度非弹性散射中观察到的核效应（EMC效应）的问题仍然存在。标准核模型（仅使用强子自由度的模型）无法解释EMC效应。因此，有必要理解核介质如何修改原子核中的夸克波函数。讨论了这种修改的可能性，以夸克-介子耦合模型和点状组态抑制为代表，并回顾了在实验上区分这些可能性的方法。
