摘要
在不久的将来，预期的大量移动用户可能会引入非常庞大的集中式数据库，并增加 HLR-VLR 数据库中位置注册和呼叫传递的端到端延迟，从而变得不可行。在观察到若干问题后，我们提出了一些指南。采用了多树分布式数据库、高吞吐量索引结构和面向内存的数据库组织。针对重叠网络中移动用户的位置管理，采用了邻居发现协议 (NDP) 和全局漫游规则等指南。文中提出了分析模型和实例，以评估所提指南的效率。
