表面周期性极化铌酸锂中的导波倍频：竞争效应

摘要
我们在通过质子交换和表面周期性极化实现的准相位匹配相铌酸锂通道波导中进行了二次谐波产生实验。由于铁电畴深度有限，我们观察到了由级联效应和三次效应引起的二次谐波产生与自相位调制之间的相互作用，导致了非线性共振频移。数据简化使我们能够评估近红外区域的二次非线性系数以及未反转畴的深度。
