摘要

无论其初始种子质量如何,在红移 z > 6 处观测到的任何活动星系核必然已从其种子成长了数个数量级。在本章中,我们将讨论种子形成后黑洞生长及相关反馈的物理过程与最新研究。吸积最初受到黑洞自身辐射反馈与邻近恒星超新星爆发的抑制。然而,一旦宿主星系增长超过临界质量,其生长便会加速。
