基于地面发现的M101星系中的Cepheids星和Mira星

摘要
我们使用KPNO 4m BVRI图像识别了M101外层区域中的4颗Cepheids星和5颗Mira星。Cepheid和Mira星的周期分别范围在30到60天和350到800天之间。我们得到的独立Cepheid和Mira距离模分别在实验不确定性范围内一致。我们发现距离模为29.08 ± 0.13 mag。
