INTEGRAL 发现的 faint X 射线丰富型 gamma 射线暴 GRB 040403

GRB 040403 是目前已知最淡的 gamma 射线暴之一，且获得了快速而准确的局定。本文基于 INTEGRAL 载板 IBIS 仪器的观测，报告了该暴的 gamma 射线特性，以及对其光学 afterglow 寻找的搜索结果。该暴的光谱较陡（20-200 keV 范围内的幂律光谱指数为 1.9），表明 GRB 040403 最可能是一种 X 射线丰富型暴。其光学极限在暴发生 16.5 小时后仍为 R > 24.2，表明其 afterglow 相对较淡，类似于其他相对柔和且较淡的暴。
