摘要
通过利用 GPT-4 进行 ontology narration，我们开发了 GPTON，通过 verbalized ontology terms 将结构化知识注入 LLM，从而实现对超过 68% 基因集合的 top five predictions 中的 accurate text and ontology annotations。手动评估确认 GPTON 的 robust，突出其潜力的在利用 LLM 和结构化知识来显著 advance biomedical research beyond gene set annotation。
