摘要
在本文中，我们讨论了标准化新治理结构的现有方法，以提出关于计算机语言处理方式的新假设。我们以XML语言及其应用为例，提出对这种治理的动态分析，重点关注企业之间的协调以及它们对这些舞台的战略性利用以推进其目标。我们主张开展更多此类实证分析，以涵盖该领域可能的国际政策的所有视角。
