胶子饱和与重离子碰撞的形成阶段

摘要

QCD的高能极限由极高能量密度的胶子物质——色玻璃凝聚体所主导。在两片色玻璃凝聚体碰撞的最初瞬间,会形成一种具有纵向色电场和色磁场通量管的Glasma。这些通量管衰变后可能形成湍流液体,并最终热化为夸克胶子等离子体。
