金刚石中锗空位色心作为非侵入式温度传感器

摘要
我们提出了基于金刚石中GeV色心系综的高分辨率全光学测温法。由于金刚石的独特性质,使用此方法的光学途径开辟了在宽温度范围(从几开尔文到1100开尔文)内进行无侵入、无反作用温度测量的道路。
