Leidenfrost水凝胶球下蒸汽层的几何结构

摘要
悬浮的Leidenfrost滴droplet因蒸汽压力和表面张力的平衡,显示其下侧曲率反转。利用干涉成像,我们发现悬浮水凝胶球的行为不同。仅在沉降后短暂观察到曲率反转,但很快转为稳态且无反转。我们表明蒸汽化在塑造水凝胶下胃形状中发挥关键作用,为蒸汽压力与弹性力之间的相互作用添加了新成分。
