摘要
我们证明，在金属结构中引入亚波长周期调制会强烈改变系统支持的表面等离激元模式的导波特性。此外，还展示了如何仅通过在金属表面上的金属脊上铣削周期性波纹来创建一种新型的紧束缚表面等离激元极化激元模式。
