Blahut-Arimoto算法的几何解释与改进

摘要
本文首先回顾了用于计算任意离散无记忆信道容量的Blahut-Arimoto算法，作为与概率密度估计协同工作的迭代算法示例。然后，给出了该算法基于在线性和指数概率族上投影的几何解释。最后，这一理解还允许将Blahut-Arimoto算法写成一个真正的邻近点算法。结果表明，与原始算法以及其他改进版本相比，相应版本的收敛速度有所提高。
