多粒子 Yukawa 系统二维熔化中的几何缺陷

摘要

我们采用朗之万动力学模拟并利用多边形构造方法,研究了多粒子 Yukawa 系统中的二维熔化和冻结相变。二维熔化相变可表征为几何缺陷——即通过移除粒子位置三角剖分中异常长的键而获得的非三角形多边形——的增殖。二维液体的特征是四边形数量与温度无关,而五边形数量线性增加。我们分析了特定类型的顶点,按其周围多边形的类型和分布进行分类,并确定了它们浓度对温度的依赖关系。固-液相变中的临界点之后,某些类型顶点的丰度会出现峰值。
