摘要
本文提出一个通过引入 Geo-Situation 概念来表示与推理地理事件间因果关系的框架。该概念关联到表示条件集合的观测快照，并既作为地理事件的背景，又影响地理事件的发起。我们设想该框架在表示地理实体的知识图中的应用，将有助于回答地理事件为何发生这一重要问题。
