摘要
通过采用射频驱动信号的谐波叠加,优化了在单个硅基环形谐振调制器(RRM)中生成的电光频率梳(EOFCs)的平坦度。将差分进化算法与RRM的简化模型结合使用,对谐波驱动信号的幅值、相位以及RRM的工作点进行离线优化。随后将优化后的驱动信号应用于硅基RRM。合成了分别包含7条和9条谱线的EOFCs,其谱线间功率不平衡分别为2.9 dB和5.4 dB,而由单一正弦驱动信号生成的优化5线频率梳的相应值为9.4 dB。
