硫系 As2S3 波导中关联光子对的产生

摘要
我们展示了在集成玻璃平台——硫系 As2S3 波导中实现的第一个 1550 nm 关联光子对源。使用 57 mW 的连续波泵浦，实现了每秒 80 对的测量符合计数率。结果表明，符合-偶然符合比受到自发拉曼散射效应的限制，预计通过使用脉冲泵浦源可以缓解这一效应。
