摘要
我们分析了非相干和相干连续激发对我们提出的从微腔量子点生成双光子态方案[New J. Phys. 13, 113014 (2011)]的影响。精确数值结果与解析公式的比较提供了在两种激发类型下高效生成不可区分且同时的光子对的条件。
