摘要
我们观察到短通道、镀有铁磁材料的单个单壁碳纳米管的磁阻抗中出现滞回开关,这提供了强有力的证据表明该纳米管正在发生自旋传输。通过调节与纳米管 capacitively耦合的栅极电压,可可重复地将磁阻调制到+10%和-15%。这些结果可由铁磁/纳米管界面处自旋偏振电子态的波矢匹配来解释。
