背景 - 星周盘在年轻恒星周围普遍存在,但在几百万年的时间尺度上迅速消散其气体和尘埃。赫歇尔空间天文台允许利用远红外光谱测量气体含量和激发条件,以及利用远红外测光约束尘埃分布,从而研究温暖的盘大气。目标 - 我们旨在作为赫歇尔科学演示阶段的一部分,探测并表征四个目标中星周盘的气体含量。方法 - 我们利用赫歇尔空间天文台上的光电导阵列相机和光谱仪,在λ~60-190微米波段进行了灵敏的中等分辨率光谱测量和高灵敏度测光。结果 - 我们从年轻恒星HD 169142、TW Hydrae和RECX 15探测到了[OI] 63微米发射,但未从HD 181327探测到。其他谱线,包括[CII] 158和[OI] 145,均未显著探测到。所有四颗恒星均在70和160微米测光中被探测到。相关论文中给出了详细的模型。
