摘要
离子迁移谱中的基本问题在三个方面对分析应用（尤其是组学应用）具有实际意义。(1) 理解离子迁移率和碰撞截面值如何依赖于碰撞气体、电场和温度，对于确定其在不同仪器平台间的可迁移性至关重要。(2) 预测新分析物的碰撞截面值，对于在发现工作流中充分发挥离子迁移的潜力是必要的。(3) 最后，理解气相中离子结构的归宿，对于基于气相离子迁移测量推断溶液结构的有意义信息至关重要。我们在此综述与这三个方面相关的离子迁移基础的最新进展。
