III-V-on-insulator纳米线中二次谐波产生的全矢量建模

摘要

我们对亚波长III-V-on-insulator波导中的二次谐波产生进行建模。大折射率对比导致强烈的纵向电场分量,在非线性转换中起重要作用。我们表明许多不同的波导尺寸都适用于将围绕1550 nm通信波长的基频准TE泵浦模高效转换到高阶二次谐波模。
