摘要
由竞争相互作用引起的磁性系统阻挫是若干不寻常现象的驱动力，例如磁化曲线中的平台和跳跃，以及具有许多低于第一三重态的单一态能级的异常能谱。反铁磁立方八面体可以作为某些阻挫反铁磁体的典型例子。此外，它的优势在于，其完整能谱可以计算到自旋量子数s=3/2（16,777,216个态）。
