从 SKA 到 SKAO：SKAO 建设的早期进展

摘要
平方公里阵列望远镜在多年的预建设努力之后，近期已启动其建设阶段。新的 SKA 天文台（SKAO）政府间组织已创立，且建设起始时刻（）已然发生。在本次报告中，我们总结了我们设施的建设进展，以及敏捷软件开发与开源协作——特别是我们基于 TANGO 的控制系统开发——所发挥的作用。
