摘要
我们详细表征了铁电相 K Ta_{1-x} Nb_x O_3 (KTN) 的老化特性，其中观察到再生和（部分）记忆现象。特别是，我们仔细检查了描述老化、再生和记忆的若干量的频率依赖性。我们发现显著的亚老化行为，交流介电介数随 缩放，其中 为等待时间。我们建议以铁磁无序体中锁定域壁的解释为类比，需同时考虑域壁重构和整体（累积）域增长，以阐释实验观察。
