摘要
我们制造了一个与单个电子晶体管（SET）紧密邻近的单个库仑对偶盒子（SCB），后者以射频模式（RF-SET）操作，并在芯片上 lithographed 直接制作电感和电容。用于测量SCB电荷状态的RF-SET揭示了2e周期性电荷量化。我们进行了谱 spectroscopy 测量，以提取充电能（EC）和约瑟夫森耦合能（EJ）。通过对SCB栅极施加快速直流脉冲，我们实现了对量子电荷态演化的控制。从这些测量中提取了退相和松弛时间。
