四十年前有人提出,星际介质中的气相有机化学是由甲基阳离子 CH3+ 引发的,但迄今为止尚未在太阳系外观测到它。人们提出了涉及颗粒表面过程的替代途径。在此,我们报告了 JWST 对猎户座恒星形成区原行星盘中 CH3+ 的观测。我们发现气相有机化学是由紫外辐射激活的。
