低质量黑洞 X 射线瞬变星系的形成

摘要
我们研究了拥有黑洞作为吸积体的低质量 X 射线双星星系的形成。通过半解析分析，我们发现黑洞在低质量 X 射线双星星系中的形成率约为拥有中子星作为吸积体的系统的两个数量级更小。这与六个已观测到的系统相矛盾，这些系统皆为瞬变星系，表明大多数系统尚未被观察到。对于两种类型天体的出生率预期应相似（参见 Cowley 1992, Tanaka & Lewin 1995）。解决这一矛盾问题需要么星质量小于 20 太阳星可以演化为黑洞，要么吸积体的星风伴随比此前假设的更大角动量损失。
