老化系统的涨落、线性响应与热流

摘要
在快速淬火后，我们测量了受光学阱限制于老化明胶液滴中的布朗粒子位置的涨落。我们还测量了其对外部微扰的线性响应。我们计算了由于凝胶的非平衡形成而从粒子到热库的自发热流。我们表明，平均热流与平衡涨落-耗散定理的破坏定量相关，后者是老化过程中破缺细致平衡的量度。
