首次搜寻弱辐射衰变 $\Lambda_c^+ \to \Sigma^+ \gamma$ 与 $\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^0 \gamma$

摘要

我们利用 Belle 探测器在 KEKB 非对称能量 e+ee^+e^- 对撞机上收集的 980~fb1^{-1} 数据样本,首次搜寻弱辐射衰变 Λc+Σ+γ\Lambda_c^+ \to \Sigma^+ \gammaΞc0Ξ0γ\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^0 \gamma。未观察到明显的 Λc+Σ+γ\Lambda_c^+ \to \Sigma^+ \gammaΞc0Ξ0γ\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^0 \gamma 信号。以衰变 Λc+pKπ+\Lambda_c^+ \to p K^- \pi^+Ξc0Ξπ+\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^- \pi^+ 为归一化通道,确定了在 90\% 可信度水平上分支比分比的上限 B(Λc+Σ+γ)/B(Λc+pKπ+)<4.0×103{\cal B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to \Sigma^+ \gamma)/{\cal B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to p K^{-} \pi^+) < 4.0 \times 10^{-3}B(Ξc0Ξ0γ)/B(Ξc0Ξπ+)<1.2×102{\cal B}(\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^0 \gamma)/{\cal B}(\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^- \pi^+) < 1.2 \times 10^{-2}。我们得到了在 90\% 可信度水平上绝对分支分数的上限 B(Λc+Σ+γ)<2.6×104{\cal B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to \Sigma^+ \gamma) < 2.6 \times 10^{-4}B(Ξc0Ξ0γ)<1.8×104{\cal B}(\Xi_c^0 \to \Xi^0 \gamma) < 1.8 \times 10^{-4}
