Wendelstein 7-X 上事件同步高重复频率 Thomson 散射系统的首批结果

摘要

Wendelstein 7-X (W7-X) Thomson 散射 (TS) 诊断系统进行了升级,以瞬时实现千赫兹采样率与可调测量时间。现有的 Nd:YAG 激光器被用于重复发射“脉冲串”,即在短时间间隔内的多个激光脉冲。通过对三台可用激光器的脉冲串进行适当定时,每次脉冲串最多可实现 12 次等间隔的连续测量。脉冲串内的脉冲间隔可在 2 ms 至 33.3 ms (500 kHz - 30 Hz) 之间调节。此外,还开发了一个事件触发系统,用于将脉冲串 Thomson 散射测量与等离子体事件同步。作为一个示例,本文展示了冷冻 H2 弹丸注入后快速电子密度与温度演化的案例,以演示该方法的能力。
