银热性质的第一性原理计算

摘要
在准谐近似下，利用来自密度泛函微扰理论的声子色散和赝势平面波方法计算了银的热性质。所得自由能对平衡晶格参数、体弹性模量和热容等多种物理量随温度的变化给出了预测。我们的热性质计算结果在很宽的温度范围内与现有实验数据吻合良好。作为副产物，我们计算了声子频率和 Grueneisen 参数色散曲线，这些结果也与实验吻合良好。
