次亚毫米尺度 Sunyaev-Zel'dovich 效应的首次测量

摘要
我们报告首次在次亚毫米波段对星系簇方向上宇宙微波背景（CMB）检测到 Sunyaev-Zel'dovich 增量。通过使用 2 米 stratospheric 望远镜的 PRONAOS 实验成功实现了这一检测。结合 SuZIE、Diabolo 和 ISO-PHT 实验的数据，这些测量首次为向星系簇提供的远红外到毫米波段光谱能分布提供了完整的图景。这清晰显示了 S.Z. 效应的正负两部分，也表明在短波段存在一个正向信号，可归因于我们银河系中尘埃的前景。
