首次测量原子核上当前与目标碎裂区的 Λ 电产生

摘要

我们报道了使用 CLAS 探测器和连续电子束加速器装置 5.014~GeV 电子束在氘、碳、铁和铅靶上的半inclusive深度非弹性散射中 Λ 超子产生的结果。这些结果代表了首次测量 Λ 多重数比值和横动量展宽作为能量分数~(zz) 在当前和目标碎裂区的函数。多重数比值在高~zz~处表现出强烈抑制,在低~zz~处表现出增强。所测得的横动量展宽比轻介子的情况大一个数量级。这表明传播实体与核介质发生非常强的相互作用,意味着即使在高~zz~下,双夸克组态在核介质中的传播也至少部分发生。这些结果的趋势被 Giessen Boltzmann-Uehling-Uhlenbeck 输运模型定性描述,尤其是对于多重数比值。这些观测有望开启核子结构及奇异重子研究的新时代。
